The grand symposium of Guangdong province hospital association science and education management committee took place at Shenzhen Jingmingda Hotel from October 16th to October 17th, 2014. The symposium sponsored by Peking University Shenzhen hospital and nearly 200 experts and science and education management administrative have attended the meeting. The theme of this meeting is the research of creative training modes for resident doctor, Professor Lina Tang, who from the first affiliated hospital of Zhongshan University, have introduced the training modes based on their practice experience. She called for much higher spending on education and training, and revealed their plan for building of clinical competency skill training center.
